1. Returns
• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Certain products, such as intimate wear, swimwear, and clearance items, are non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons.
2. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, please email us before sending it back.
